To put it on file front first go to FileFront, then register and log in. After that go to "add files" and go to the folder that has your file. Right clikc, click properties. then go to your location copy that put it in the browse part of filefront and click browse. then doule click the file press add. It should then take you to your file. Copy the URL and paste it here. If not, click "my page" and it should says "uploads 1 or however many you have, click that, click the link saying your file and copy that URL.
